To all customers on 'mag2':
Some of you may already have experienced issues lately where email is not delivery to Hotmail, Yahoo, or other addresses. We just became aware that the IP block which includes the main IP of our server has been blacklisted in the Spamhaus Block List (SBL). The domain that the SPAM messages originated from does not belong to any of our clients, as we have systems in place to prevent abuse of our services. However, the domain belongs to another customer hosted at the same data center as ours. Unfortunately, the IP address of our server belongs to the same IP block as the offending domain's IP.
We have already contacted our data center, and requested them to contact Spamhaus for removal from the blacklist. We have requested top priority for this matter.
We understand how frustrating this can be, however, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. Hopefully it won't take to long before the listing has been removed.
Thank you for your patience.

Dear valuable clients,
We would like to announce that a new DNS cluster has been implemented in our hosting network. The cluster technology allows for better redundancy and easier name server management.
From now on, it is possible for all clients to use a single pair of name servers for your domain names regardless of which web server your account is hosted on.
New DNS Cluster:
ns1.phdns.com
ns2.phdns.com
We advise all clients to update their domains with the new name servers (above) as soon as possible to take advantage of the new cluster. Your website/email will not suffer any downtime as a result of this. Domains registered with us will be automatically updated within the next 48 hours.
Please note that the old server-specific nameservers will still be operational for a period of time.
If you have any questions regarding this, please open a support ticket for prompt assistance.
With compliments,
ProperHost.net
Dear valuable customers,
The MySQL server will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes tomorrow, February 25, 2009, starting at 3:00 a.m. EST (8:00 a.m. UTC), while we re-arrange the partitions on the server. We have scheduled a 30 minutes maintenance window for this procedure, but it should not result in more than 15 minutes of service interruption.
This maintenance procedure is part of our ongoing commitment to offer high performance hosting services.
If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please contact our support department.
Thank you for your understanding.
