MAG1 now back online

UPDATE 2012/03/07 8PM CET:

The majority of accounts and websites are now restored and back online with the last few accounts being restored as of now. Since we are only able to restore the user files, emails and databases, cPanel settings such as subdomains, addon domains, FTP accounts, etc. needs to be manually recreated.

If you get an error while trying to create a subdomain, please try first deleting the corresponding A record (hostname) from the DNS zone using the Simple DNS Manager in cPanel. If you are still not able to get your subdomain or addon domain working, do not hesitate to contact us.

We thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

UPDATE

Unfortunately, the old disk is completely dead so we need to reinstall the OS and re-create every account on the server, then restore the data from our R1Soft backups. The process will take 4-5 hours.

--------------

The primary disk drive on the server has crashed and it needs to be replaced. Our system engineers are currently working on recovering the data from remote backups.
