[UPDATED] Level 3 Fiber Break Causing Network Connectivity Issues

UPDATE:

A manhole exploded in NYC and has cut off NJ to NYC traffic. We are running on our Newark leg. All our carriers are completely saturated and we are experiencing latency as a result. To clarify, we aren't saturated, our carriers are. We expect to be back to 100% by midnight tonight and for peak traffic levels to go down at 7pm and latency to decrease or normalize as a result.
